Rugby fans across the UK were treated to a series of unforgettable evenings with one of the sport’s greatest coaching minds, Warren Gatland.

Across multiple dates and venues, An Evening with Warren Gatland offered a rare opportunity to go behind the scenes with the legendary coach who led the Lions through three epic tours: Australia (2013), New Zealand (2017), and South Africa (2021). With typical honesty, humour, and insight, Warren shared stories from his time at the helm of some of the biggest moments in rugby history.

From his triumphant days with Wasps, guiding them to three Premiership titles and a Heineken Cup victory, to his unprecedented success with Wales, where he secured four Six Nations titles, including three Grand Slams. Warren opened up about what it takes to build winning teams, handle pressure, and lead on the world stage.

Attendees heard first-hand accounts of the challenges and triumphs of elite coaching. The evenings weren’t just for rugby die-hards, Warren’s leadership philosophy and strategic thinking resonated with lovers of sport and performance at every level.

Each night brought its own energy and atmosphere:

• Acklam RFC kicked off the mini-tour with a warm welcome and a lively, engaged crowd. A heartfelt thank you to the club and community for hosting such a memorable first night.

• Haddington’s Corn Exchange saw Warren in top form, sharing insights with a knowledgeable Scottish audience. Special thanks to the Brunton Trust and the brilliant team behind the scenes.

• The grand finale at Leeds’ historic City Varieties Music Hall brought the tour to a close in style. With the rich heritage of the venue as the backdrop, it was a fitting setting to wrap up a tour filled with passion, stories, and inspiration.
